Cynthia Northrop, the current City Manager of Breckenridge, Texas is set to be the guest speaker at the Graham Quadrant luncheon. During her talk, she will emphasize the significance and benefits of community collaboration. This luncheon provides an excellent opportunity to invite various community leaders, including the Mayor, City Manager, EDC Director, Chamber Director, School Administrators, and Civic leaders. The overarching goal is to empower all member cities within the TMCN (Texas Midwest Community Network) to achieve their best potential, with collaboration being the essential factor. 🌟🗣️
